Just got your Caverns of Ooze. I have finished my Kal-Arath saga, just need to post all the chapters so my next solo play will be Shadowdark and I your caverns will be first to tackle! 😊😊
I think the hardest part of starting an adventure/session-one is answering that question: “Why are we all here in this place and working together as a party?” With the intro I was hoping to provide some kind of direction.
It’s been a while since we’ve “made maps,” and revisiting that scan makes me want to get back to it.
For the Caverns I made a finalized (vector) map in Affinty Design… now I’m thinking the next one should maintain that glue and construction paper texture/vibe!
This sounds like a lot of gross oozy fun! I think I can fit this in for some solo play in Shadowdark.
Oh man! I’d love to hear about what happens (and your advice for future adventures).

Awesome!
This is super cool. I love the short story introduction, it's very evocative.
Thank you!

I think it works really well. At least it sets the tone for the DM, so they know the mood/atmosphere the adventure is aiming for.
This is great! I love how minimalist the writing is, everything is there, but it's not over complicated.
Your kid's map gives it a really distinctive vibe too.
Thanks!

Great adventure! That could be for sure plugged into the Death by Dungeon zine!
Thanks!
Wow! Congrats on the release and I'm happy to have been any part of the process in getting there.
